The general Manager, Mr. Raymond Horn, is working with digital signals processors (DSP) since 1992. He was member of the scientific staff of Heinrich-Hertz-Institute, Berlin, from 1994 to 1997. In 1997 he was the founder of the largest system house for digital signal processing in Germany until 2002. He left that company in summer 2000.

The developers form an experienced team with different and well balanced know-how. Everyone of the founding team has at least five years of experience working with DSPs. In 2006 X-SPEX has expanded the staff by 3 engineers.
